Terms & Conditions

These Contract Terms and Conditions are legally binding and contain the Agreement between the Client (the Guest/Customer) and WNC EVENTS LTD.

A booking by a Client together with these Contract Terms and Conditions (communicated in writing, in person or electronically) will constitute the Client’s acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, their contents.

The Client agrees to purchase a When Nature Calls wristband for the sum indicated on the When Nature Calls website. The wristband entitles one person to use the facilities during the hours stated on the event page.

Contract Terms and Conditions (The Agreement) may only be amended to the extent agreed in writing by WNC Events LTD.

 

Definitions

  • In these Contract Terms and Conditions words and expressions shall have their ordinary meaning unless otherwise defined within these Contract Terms and Conditions.
  • Agreement (The) means these Contract Terms and Conditions.
  • Booking form means the E-Ticket issued by the Owner to the Client or Customer containing details of the Facilities, Dates and Purchase Charge.
  • Client or Customer (The) is the person entering into an agreement with the Owner and who is Principal to all obligations to this Agreement.
  • Equipment or Facilities is all the physical items included in the purchase as detailed on the Owner’s E-Ticket and/or website.
  • Purchase Charge means the amount payable by the Client to the Owner as specified on the  E-Ticket and/or website.  All Charges, must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Owner (The) is When Nature Calls (WNC EVENTS LTD).
  • Anyone who is named as a ticket holder gives permission for their image to be used by WNC Events Ltd for promotional activities.

Booking Confirmation

2.1 A booking may only be deemed valid once The Client is in receipt of a sales receipt or ticket order confirmation from the Owner (E-Ticket). The Owner will provide this subject to availability and upon full receipt of the Purchase Charge. This sales receipt or ticket order confirmation may come from a third party source.

2.2 Unless clearly stated on the booking confirmation no ‘When Nature Calls’ booking will include entry to any event or include event tickets.

Client’s Responsibility

3.1 WNC takes no responsibility for loss or damage to the Clients personal items. The charging of E-Cigarettes is prohibited within WNC facilities. Smoking and/or vaping is also prohibited inside the area of WNC regardless of being outside.

3.2 The Client is responsible for themselves, any misconduct, aggressive behavior or abusive language shall be treated accordingly, with removal of the Client from the WNC premises, a ban from using our facilities or removal from the festival grounds should it be deemed necessary.

3.3 WNC takes no responsibility if a customer burns or harms themselves by incorrect use of the hair dryers & hair straighteners that are provided at some of the festivals we attend. Please use these items at your own risk.

Payment

4.1 Payments can be made in advance of most events WNC attends.

4.2 All payments made online are subject to a ticketing fee which is shown at the checkout section of our website. Up to 6 x WNC tickets can be purchased under one transaction. Any additional tickets required will be subject to a secondary ticketing fee under another transaction.

Onsite rules

5.1 Whilst wristband numbers are restricted we cannot guarantee that queuing will not be necessary. You acknowledge you will have to queue to use the facilities at peak times and no refunds will be given because of this.

5.2 We operate a single queue system regardless of the service you require (including but not limited to toilets, hair washing, hair styling, make-up zones).

5.3 Children aged 4 – 12 must have a child’s wristband if applicable to the event.

5.4 WNC Wristbands are not transferable between different persons over the course of the event and must be secured on your wrist throughout the duration of the event. Proof of purchase may be requested. Lost, stolen, broken, copied or defaced wristbands will be unacceptable and will result in access to the facilities being denied.

5.5 We reserve the right to refuse entry to the facilities at our sole discretion.

5.6 Wristbands should be collected at the WNC site, hours and location according to the event specific terms and conditions.

5.7 Not all facilities such as stretch tent cover, hair washing, hair styling, make-up zones and chill out area will be available at each event we attend. Please check details of the specific event you are looking to attend prior to purchasing a WNC ticket.

5.8 We do not offer shower facilities but do offer hair washing and styling facilities at certain events.

5.9 We do not tolerate drunk and disorderly behaviour at our facilities and customers may be denied access if they are too intoxicated.

Refunds

6.1 If an event WNC is attending is completed /not been cancelled, no refunds on purchased tickets will be offered at any stage prior, during or after an event regardless of if a WNC ticket was used or not.

6.2 If WNC tickets are purchased for an incorrect event an additional booking fee will be incurred when making an amended booking.

6.3 We do not encourage the sale of WNC tickets through 3rd party sellers and we will not be held liable for any miss-sold, duplicate or fraudulent tickets.

We shall only be required to refund a Ticket Purchaser with the Face Value of the relevant Ticket, minus the cost of any booking fee/ticketing fee in the following circumstances:

  1. a) If the Event is cancelled before the Event has started;
  2. b) If an event is cancelled part way through then WNC will issue a refund on a pro rata basis less any booking fee charges. Partial refunds only apply if the event is cancelled for a minimum of one whole day. A refund would not apply if WNC was forced to close for a smaller time period.
  3. c) If the Ticket is for an Event which is postponed before the Event has started and the Event is rescheduled to another date (whether at the Venue or at a different venue)
  4. d) If the Ticket Purchaser is otherwise entitled to a refund under applicable law.

6.4 No refunds will be issued on When Nature Calls tickets for those customers that cannot attend an event and use our facilities due to COVID-19.

Loss and Damage to Client

7.1. All of the client’s possessions are the sole responsibility of the client.

7.2 WNC does not take any responsibility for any loss or theft that may occur before, throughout or after the event

7.3 WNC will not refund or reimburse the sum of the loss or theft to the client.

7.4 Guests may not under any circumstances plug electrical equipment into any sockets or wiring within the WNC facility and may be liable for fees associated with any electrical failure or damage caused by failure to comply with this clause.

Liability to Third Parties

8.1 WNC will not be responsible for and The Client will indemnify WNC against all claims for the injury to persons or loss or damage to property.

8.2 The Client expressly acknowledges that WNC is not the original manufacturer or supplier of the equipment. WNC accepts no liability for any injury or death from any claim or proceedings arising from this contract with The Client.

8.3 Whilst WNC Events LTD will use reasonable endeavours to ensure our facilities are fully operational over the course of the event we accept no liability should an equipment failure result in the facilities having to be closed for maintenance.

Confidentiality

9.1 WNC will hold the client’s data securely and not pass his/her personal information on to any other third party unless demanded and required to under the law of the United Kingdom.

Force Majeure

10.1 While every effort will be made by WNC to carry out any order accepted the full performance of it is subject to variation or cancellation by WNC consequent upon Act of God, War, Strikes, Riots, Lockouts or any other disturbances: Fire, Flood, Storm, Gale and Tempest restrictions on the use of Transport, Fuel or Power, Requisitioning Storage of material or transport or any other cause beyond the control of WNC.

Governing Law

11.1 The Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
